Steadfast Coffee at Eastmark

Steadfast Coffee at Eastmark makes an easy stop for coffee and breakfast tacos beside the neighborhood's working farm. The small white Farm Store building at 5111 S. Inspirian Parkway has outdoor tables and a walk-up window, with growing beds and the park landscape nearby. Come for a quick pickup or give yourself time to sit outside and browse the farm store.

Coffee, tacos and a little time outside

The official Eastmark ordering menu lists espresso drinks, filter coffee, tea, lemonade and breakfast tacos. At the September 26, 2026 research check, tacos were $4 each, drip coffee was $3.75, a latte was $5.25 and signature lattes were $6. The potato, egg and cheese taco is explicitly labeled vegetarian; the tofu-based veggie hash taco is labeled vegan. Kids' milk, lemonade and other drinks provide options for a family stop. Availability changes, so check the selected Eastmark location before ordering.

Eastmark's community guide also lists pastries, fresh produce, outdoor seating and free Wi-Fi. The attached farm store adds another reason to linger, but a coffee purchase should not be treated as permission to enter working growing areas.

Visit Mesa still lists coffee service as 7 a.m.–noon, so confirm service hours with the shop when timing matters. Holiday hours and all-day taco availability were not verified.
